Construction:
The construction of your garden office is made with only the best sourced materials. The building is based on our Robust rage of buildings.
Constructed with a 50 x 63mm sawn redwood framework, covered with an 11mm OSB3 board, then a vapour barrier and finally vertically clad with a 19 x 100mm TGV and then treated. Internally the frame is insulated with 50mm Jablite Insulation then covered with a 16mm TGV. This gives you a wall thickness of approximately 100mm (4 inches). The roof is constructed in a similar way without the external cladding but with felt roof tiles in a choice of 5 colours. The floor has an 18mm OSB3 deck on 50 x 75 runners @ 12” centres and insulated with a 50mm Insulation.
